Nakheel Pavilions are dedicated retail centres designed to meet the needs of each of our communities. Each pavilion features a supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants and other amenities for on-the-doorstep
shopping and recreation.
Pavilion - Al Furjan
The Pavilion retail centre within the 560 hectares Al Furjan community, spans more than 100,000 sq ft and will feature a swimming pool and sports courts as well as many new retail facilities and offerings as part of the vibrant, established neighbourhood.Nakheel community retail centres – branded Nakheel Pavilions – are part of the company’s commitment to enhancing its existing developments with more local services and facilities. The Pavilions are also integral to the company’s fast-expanding portfolio of retail projects, which covers more than 13 million sq ft of leasable space.
Pavilion Al Furjan West
The 90,000 sq ft Nakheel Pavilion retail centre at Al Furjan West will feature 35 shops, cafes’ restaurants and services including a nursery, gym and supermarket.
Pavilion Discovery Gardens
Discovery Gardens Pavilion, with nearly 30 shops, restaurants and cafes, including a Geant Easy supermarket as the anchor store lies in the heart of the ever popular Discovery Gardens community. The centre also features a medical centre, a branch of Jebel Ali Nursery, an extensive range of every day convenience stores and an ATM, serving more than 25,000 residents at Nakheel’s Discovery Gardens.
Pavilion International City

Pavilion - Jumeirah Park
The first new project to be completed by Nakheel post-restructuring – is a 10,600 square metre retail and dining facility in the heart of New Dubai. It has 28 shops, restaurants and cafes, including a Geant Easy supermarket as the anchor store. Primarily serving residents in Nakheel’s Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Village communities, the centre is the blueprint for a collection of neighbourhood malls by Nakheel.
