Enter The Draw:

Spend AED250 in any Home Furniture and Appliance Stores located at Ibn Battuta, Nakheel Mall or Dragon Mart for a chance to win a 3 years Palm Living rent-free! The 1-bedroom apartment will be furnished by Home Box and is located at Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah. Terms & Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions:

-The campaign is valid from 24th September to 10th October 2020

-For every purchase of AED 250, customer will be entitled to enter the draw for a chance to win a 3 years rent-free apartment at Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah.

-No Return/Exchange policy on stamped receipt(s)

-Valid only on purchases made at Home Furniture and Appliance stores available at Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall or Dragon Mart

-The participant must be a UAE resident

-The participant must be eligible by law to rent an apartment in the UAE following local government laws and regulations

-The Prize cannot be refunded, replaced or exchanged for cash

-Nakheel Malls reserve the right to proceed with a second draw if the winner is no eligible to register and/or rent an apartment

-It is upon the winner to process / pay any governmental fees related to the apartment rent

-The prize consists of 3 years rent-free of a 1 Bedroom apartment at Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah

-The 3 years rent-free 1 bedroom apartment is for the value of AED 180,000 Excluding Governmental fees

-Nakheel Malls hold the right to announce the winner’s name in any chosen media

-Submission of the original receipt(s) to take part of the draw is only accepted daily during mall operating hours (from 10am to 10pm)

-Valid identification and participation SMS must be presented to claim the prize

-Nakheel Malls employees, immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the campaign

-Nakheel Malls reserve the right to cancel and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice
