Hang Challenge

• Participants need to show a receipt of minimum AED 50 from any shop/outlet in the mall on the same day to take part.
• Time starts when both hands are on the bar and feet are not touching the floor.
• No help/support is allowed while hanging on the bar; assistance will result in disqualification.
• Time stops as soon as hands are released from the bar or feet touch the floor.
• All participants will get a freebie.
• The participant with the longest hang will win a Nakheel Malls Gift Voucher worth AED 1500.
• The winner will be contacted on the number provided within 48 hours.
• Fitness First, Ibn Battuta, and other organisers will not be held responsible for any injury during the challenge.

Snakes & Ladders

• Participants need to show a receipt of minimum AED 50 from any shop/outlet in the mall on the same day to take part.
• The game is played by 2 players at a time.
• Each player starts on the space marked "Start Here".
• Each player rolls one die to see who gets the highest number. The highest number goes first, then play continues in turns.
• If both players roll the same highest number, they roll again to decide who goes first.
• Players can keep moving as long as they keep rolling sixes.
• Climb ladders: Landing at the bottom of a ladder lets you move to the top.
• Slide snakes: Landing on the head of a snake means sliding down to its tail.
• The first player to reach the "Fitness First logo" space is the winner.
• The game must finish within 10 minutes. If not, the player ahead will be declared the winner.
• All exercises will be demonstrated by the instructor before starting.
• The instructor will teach and correct each exercise.
• All participants will get a freebie.
• Winners will be entered into a lucky draw for a chance to win NOVO Cinemas 7 Stars tickets.
• The lucky winner will be contacted on the number provided.
• Players must follow the instructions on the board.
• Fitness First, Ibn Battuta, and other organisers will not be held responsible for any injury during the challenge.
