• Promotion is valid from 24th September – 10th October 2020
• For every purchase of AED 250, customer will be entitled to enter the draw for a chance to win 3 years rent free one-bedroom apartment at Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah.
• Return/Exchange will not be accepted on participating and stamped receipt/s
• Valid only on purchases made at confirmed Home Furniture / Home Appliances stores at Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall or Dragon Mart 2
• Participants must be UAE residents / based
• Participant must be eligible by law to rent an apartment in the UAE following the local government low and regulations
• The Prize cannot be refund, replaced or exchanged for cash
• Nakheel Malls reserve the right to proceed with a second draw if the winner is no eligible to register / rent the apartment
• Winner must process / pay any gov fees related to the rental of the apartment
• The prize consists of 3 years rent free of 1 Bedroom apartment at Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah
• The 3 years rent free one bedroom is valued at AED 180,000 Excluding Gov fees
• The management holds the right to announce the winner’s name on any media chosen by Nakheel Malls
• Nakheel Malls holds the right to announce the winner’s name on any media channel chosen
• Redemption of original receipt(s) will be accepted until mall closing for each day of the campaign period
• Valid identification and participation SMS must be presented to claim prizes
• Owners and employees of Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Mall or Dragon Mart outlets, their suppliers and immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this promotion
• Nakheel Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion
